LTD20

We welcome you all to the virtual LTD20. Please read our guidelines to participate in the conference more effectively. Should you have any questions or inquiries related to the conference, please feel free to contact us at ltd20@ibs.re.kr

How to Login and Attend?

• You can access the online conference with your registered ID via the online system above.
• Once you complete the registration through the payment, you can access the online conference page.
• After you log into the LTD20 system, you can find the ‘Online Conference’ and ‘E-Poster Session’ buttons.
• From the ‘Online Conference’ page, you can download ‘E-Program Book’ and ‘E-Abstract Book.’

Oral Session

• All Oral Sessions will be broadcasted through Zoom in time according to the program schedule.
• You may access to the Zoom meeting(s) once you click the Zoom button ( ) beside the date at the top of the timetable.
• When you enter Zoom, please set the registration number, name, and affiliation to ‘Name.’      Ex) Gildong Lee(Genicom)_1325
  * You can check your registration number on the ‘Registration Submission/Status’ page after you log into the system.
• You can test a joint meeting from the following site: https://zoom.us/test
  • Click "Join“ → Wait a few seconds and the Zoom client will run → Click "Join with Video“ → Click "Join with Computer Audio"
  • You can only test the microphone and video.
• Each oral presentation will have some minutes of Q&A time. If you have any questions or comments during the presentation, you may type them via Zoom chats. The session chairs will ask the presenter for you.

Poster Session

• On the ‘E-Poster Session’ page, you can browse the list of poster presentations by topic.
• The poster presenters optionally submitted the poster presentation files of the poster pdf, one minute video, and five minute video. Those posters with the presentation files are identified with a ‘View’ button for each submitted file.
• You can also leave your questions and comments based on Google Drive Comments feature to exchange opinions about the posters with participants. The presenters are able to answer them using the feature.
